Don Brown is the developer of the powerful influence ‘Protocol’ and ‘Daily’ learning platforms. The author of “Simple Truths in Music and Life”,  “Bring Out the Best in Every Employee” (McGraw-Hill), “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There in Sales” (McGraw-Hill) and “Situational Service® – Customer Care for the Practitioner.” Don has spent 30 years ‘helping people with people’ for the likes of Fifth Third Bank, Anheuser-Busch, Ford Motor Company, Getinge Group, SYKES, Getinge, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Jaguar Cars, Hilton Hotels, and many, many more.

Don cherishes his work with Paul Hersey, Marshall Goldsmith, and most recently his own musical path alongside Uwe Kruger – one of the finest musicians on the planet. He also takes great pride in long-standing customer relationships, some running over 20 years! Don earned an Honors Degree from Michigan State University in foreign languages, and a Masters in Management with Dr. Hersey at California American University. Having lived and studied at the University of Seville in Spain, Don has worked in English and Spanish throughout Europe and Latin America. He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
